Piiholo North
A ten lot subdivision three minutes from Makawao Town with expansive ocean and mountain views, and including a large ravine with a stream and waterfalls.
Nalu Ola
These fourteen existing lots comprise the first buildable land on the ocean side of Hana Highway east of Mama’s Fish House. Eight are ocean front along the bluffs, and all have spectacular ocean and mountain views. Private, serene, and only five minutes to Paia and three minutes to Haiku Town.
Hoku Hills
